Chad Pinder on Athletics' bench Tuesday
Oakland Athletics outfielder Chad Pinder is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's series opener against right-hander Mike Foltynewicz and the Texas Rangers.
Pinder is sitting after starting the last two games. Tony Kemp is shifting to left field and up into the leadoff spot. Jed Lowrie is entering the lineup on second base and batting cleanup. Ramon Laureano is hitting fifth after leading off last game.
numberFire’s models project Lowrie for 9.8 FanDuel points and he has a $3,100 salary on Tuesday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Athletics have an implied total of 4.9 runs.
