Isaac Paredes (hip) scratched Wednesday, Harold Castro inserted to Tigers' lineup
Detroit Tigers infielder Isaac Paredes has been scratched from Wednesday's lineup against right-hander Jordan Lyles and Texas Rangers due to hip soreness.
Paredes also missed Tuesday's matchup due to hip soreness and he is still experiencing some discomfort. Harold Castro is now playing second base and batting sixth in place of Paredes on Wednesday.
Castro is averaging 7.3 FanDuel points per start this season. Lyles is registering an 18.0 strikeout percentage with a 7.5 walk percentage this season.
