Nate Lowe resting for Rangers Thursday afternoon
Texas Rangers first baseman Nate Lowe is not in the starting lineup for Thursday afternoon's series finale against left-hander Tyler Alexander and the Detroit Tigers.
Lowe is taking a seat after starting the last three games. Andy Ibanez is replacing Lowe on first base and batting sixth.
