Brandon Nimmo sitting Monday for Mets
The New York Mets did not list Brandon Nimmo as a starter for Monday's game against the Atlanta Braves.
Nimmo won't start in the first of the Mets' two games against the Braves this afternoon. Instead, Kevin Pillar will start in centerfield and will bat sixth.
Our models project Nimmo to make 128 more plate appearances this season, with 3 home runs, 17 runs, 13 RBI, 2 stolen bases, and a .264 batting average.
