Jake Cave moving to Minnesota's bench Tuesday
Minnesota Twins outfielder Jake Cave is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against left-hander Tyler Alexander and the Detroit Tigers.
Cave is grabbing a seat since the Tigers are sending a lefty to the hill. Gilberto Celestino is replacing Cave in center field and hitting eighth.
numberFire’s models project Celestino for 7.6 FanDuel points and he has a $2,000 salary on Tuesday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Twins have an implied total of 5.1 runs. Among Tuesday's listed starters, Alexander is registering the fifth-best walk rate this season (5.4 percent).
