Angels' Jared Walsh (abdomen) sitting on Tuesday night
Los Angeles Angels first baseman Jared Walsh (abdomen) is not starting in Tuesday's contest against the Colorado Rockies.
Walsh will be kept on the bench after Los Angeles' lefty slugger suffered an abdomen injury on Monday. Expect Phil Gosselin to log more time at first base while a Walsh is out.
According to Baseball Savant on 256 batted balls this season, Walsh has produced a 13.3% barrel rate and a .260 expected average.
