Athletics acquire Josh Harrison in deal with Washington
According to Jeff Passan, the Oakland Athletics have acquired infielder Josh Harrison in a trade with the Washington Nationals.
What It Means:
Harrison will move to Oakland as part of a flurry of moves during Washington's recent fire sale. Expect the veteran to play a similar utility-role for the Athletics.
According to Baseball Savant on 271 batted balls this season, Harrison has produced a 4.1% barrel rate and a .274 expected average.
