Giancarlo Stanton back in Yankees' lineup Monday
New York Yankees outfielder Giancarlo Stanton is back in the starting lineup for Monday's series opener against right-hander Jorge Lopez and the Baltimore Orioles.
Stanton was held out of Sunday's lineup inside a National League park, but he managed to score a run after entering off the bench. He is hitting fifth and playing right field on Monday, marking his first start this season inside an American League park that isn't at designated hitter. Aaron Judge is hitting third as the Yankees' DH on Monday. Joey Gallo is batting cleanup and manning left field.
numberFire’s models project Stanton for 11.7 FanDuel points and he has a $3,600 salary on Monday. Judge ($4,000) is projected for 14.0 FanDuel points. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Yankees are the only team in the majors on Monday with an implied total above 6.0 runs. Lopez's wOBA (.373) ranks in the bottom 7th percentile of the league this season.
