Vikings' Irv Smith Jr. "living up to the hype"
Minnesota Vikings tight end Irv Smith Jr. has reportedly been living up to the hype he has earned over the offseaon.
Many fantasy analysts have touted Smith as a possible third-year breakout tight end in the Vikings' offense, as the team did little address their receiving corps outside of Justin Jefferson, Adam Thielen, and Dalvin Cook in the offseason. Smith has reportedly been flashing his athleticism and catch radius as a receiver in the early days of training camp.
Smith is currently numberFire's TE12 for the 2021 season, as we project him for 113 fantasy points off of 82.6 targets, 53.3 receptions, 557.6 yards, and 5.2 scores.
