Josh Donaldson on Twins' bench for Wednesday matinee
Minnesota Twins third baseman Josh Donaldson is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Reynaldo Lopez and the Chicago White Sox.
Donaldson returned from a three-game absence for a hamstring injury on Tuesday and went 0-for-3 with a walk and a run. Luis Arraez is shifting to third base Wednesday and hitting cleanup while Brent Rooker bats second as the Twins' designated hitter. Trevor Larnach is entering the lineup to play left field and hit eighth.
numberFire’s models project Rooker for 8.1 FanDuel points and he has a $2,600 salary on Wednesday slate. Larnach ($2,800) is projected for 8.2 FanDuel points. Lopez has mostly pitched in relief this season while registering a 29.0 strikeout percentage and 4.8 walk percentage with a 3.16 xERA.
