Cam Gallagher sitting Sunday for Royals
The Kansas City Royals did not list Cam Gallagher as a starter in their lineup for Sunday's game against the Chicago White Sox.
Gallagher got a start in yesterday's contest after Edward Olivares' late scratch, but will take a seat Sunday as the Royals start Hunter Dozier at first base, Carlos Santana at designated hitter, and Salvador Perez at catcher.
Gallagher has made 105 plate appearances for the Royals this season, and has 1 home run, 8 runs, 4 RBI, a .202 batting average, and a .539 OPS.
