Royals' Edward Olivares out of lineup Thursday
Kansas City Royals outfielder Edward Olivares is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's series finale against left-hander John Means and the Baltimore Orioles.
Olivares is receiving a breather after starting the last four games. Hanser Alberto is entering the lineup to play third base and bat eighth. Adalberto Mondesi is shifting to the designated hitter role and batting sixth. Michael Taylor is moving out to center field in place of Olivares.
