Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Brett Phillips is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against right-hander Jose Berrios and the Toronto Blue Jays.
Phillips started the last two games for Tampa Bay. Randy Arozarena is replacing Phillips in right field and hitting fifth Tuesday night. Brandon Lowe is taking over for Phillips at the top of the order.
