Chicago Cubs third baseman Patrick Wisdom is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's series finale against right-hander Wil Crowe and the Pittsburgh Pirates.
What It Means:
The Cubs appear to be giving Wisdom a routine breather. Christopher Morel, who hit a pinch-hit solo home run in his first MLB at-bat on Tuesday, is replacing Wisdom on third base and batting eighth.
