Maikel Franco sent to Nationals' bench on Wednesday
Washington Nationals third baseman Maikel Franco is not starting in Wednesday's lineup against the Philadelphia Phillies.

Franco will rest against his division competition after Juan Soto was named Wednesday's designated hitter.
