Jarred Kelenic in center field Monday for Mariners
Seattle Mariners outfielder Jarred Kelenic is in the starting lineup for Monday's series opener against right-hander Domingo German and the New York Yankees.
Kelenic went 0-for-3 with two strikeouts as a defensive replacement on Sunday after being recalled from Triple-A Tacoma earlier in the day. He will start in center field Monday and bat eighth. Adam Frazier will move to right field in place of Jack Larsen.
Kelenic has a $2,000 salary and is projected for 9.1 FanDuel points. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Mariners’ implied total (3.88) is No. 12 out of 20 active teams Monday.
