Brandon Lowe (triceps/elbow) back Wednesday for Rays
Tampa Bay Rays infielder Brandon Lowe (triceps/elbow) is in the starting lineup for Wednesday's series finale against right-hander Nick Pivetta and the Boston Red Sox.
The Rays activated Lowe from the 10-day injured list Wednesday and they optioned Vidal Brujan to the minors in a corresponding roster move. Lowe will replace Isaac Paredes on second base Wednesday and bat second.
Lowe has a $2,700 salary on Wednesday and numberFire’s models project him for 9.1 FanDuel points. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Rays’ implied total (3.88) is No. 16 in the majors today.
