Oakland promoting reliever Daniel Coulombe
Oakland Athletics relief pitcher Daniel Coulombe will be promoted from Triple-A Nashville, according to FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal.
What It Means:
There is no word yet on the corresponding move. Coulombe, 26, was acquired from the Los Angeles Dodgers last September and owns a brilliant 0.64 ERA (2.11 FIP) with 14 punch outs and two walks over 14 relief inning this season in Triple-A.
