Sandy Leon (knee) squatting Wednesday for Twins
Minnesota Twins catcher Sandy Leon (knee) is in the starting lineup on Wednesday against left-hander Daniel Lynch and the Kansas City Royals.
Leon was pulled from Monday's game with a knee issue and he sat out Tuesday, but he's returning to action for Wednesday's matchup. Leon will catch for Bailey Ober and bat ninth. Gary Sanchez will shift into the designated hitter role in place of an idle Luis Arraez.
Leon is only averaging 4.1 FanDuel points per game this season, but Sanchez is currently numberFire's second-best point-per-dollar value among hitters on Wednesday. He has a $2,200 salary and is projected for 12.8 FanDuel points. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Twins’ implied total (3.99) is No. 16 in the majors today.
