Colorado's Randal Grichuk (illness) scratched on Wednesday, Elehuris Montero to start
Colorado Rockies outfielder Randal Grichuk (illness) is not starting in Wednesday's game against the San Francisco Giants.
After Grichuk was scratched with flu-like symptoms, Michael Toglia was moved to the outfield while Elehuris Montero was positioned at first base and the seventh spot in Colorado's batting order.
Per Baseball Savant on 106 batted balls this season, Montero has produced a 9.4% barrel rate and a .271 expected weighted on-base average.
