Dodgers' Justin Turner resting Monday
The Los Angeles Dodgers did not list Justin Turner as a starter for Monday's game against the Colorado Rockies.
Turner will take a seat Monday while Mookie Betts rejoins the Dodgers' starting lineup in right field. Betts will bat leadoff, Joey Gallo will pop over to left field, and Trayce Thompson will take a turn at designated hitter.
Turner has been putting together yet another solid season, with 13 home runs, 61 runs, 81 RBI, 3 stolen bases, a .280 batting average and a .795 OPS in 525 plate appearances so far.
