Hansel Robles exits Mets' game with unknown injury
New York Mets pitcher Hansel Robles was lifted from Wednesday's game against the Chicago White Sox due to an apparent injury.
Robles came on to start the top of the 12th inning. With one out in the frame, he had worked up a 3-2 count on Alex Avila before needing to be attended to on the mound. He was pulled in the middle of the at-bat, a rarity.
Robles stands at 0-3 on the year across 23 1/3 innings (25 appearances). He owns a 3.47 ERA and is whiffing 10.41 batters per nine frames this season.
