Reds' Billy Hamilton goes on disabled list with concussion

The Cincinnati Reds placed outfielder Billy Hamilton on the 7-day disabled list with a concussion.

What It Means:

There is currently no timetable for Hamilton's return as he has entered the league's concussion protocol as of Thursday. Tyler Holt played in centerfield for the Reds on Thursday and Friday, and should see more time there while Hamilton is recovering.

Before going down with the concussion, Hamilton was slashing 269/.308/.394 with 16 steals over 160 at-bats. Our models project him to have a wOBA of .287, with a slash line of .249/.300/.346 with three home runs and 24 steals over the remaining course of the season.
