Justin Morneau not starting for White Sox
Chicago White Sox first baseman Justin Morneau is not in Friday's lineup against the Los Angeles Angels.
Avisail Garcia will start against Angels' left-hander Hector Santiago on Friday. Morneau still projects to serve plenty of time at DH for the White Sox over the second half of the season.
Morneau went .174/.321/.261 in 28 plate appearances during his rehab stint in the minors. Our models currently expect him to hit .269/.332/.385 with three home runs, 19 RBI's and a .310 wOBA in 203 plate appearances this season.
