Ryan Braun scratched from Brewers' lineup Thursday
Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun has been scratched from the lineup against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Thursday.
Braun is day-to-day with tightness in his right side, and in his absence Ramon Flores will move to left field, while Kirk Niewenhuis enters the starting lineup batting fifth and playing in right field.
Braun is slashing .321/.383/.515 with a .381 wOBA in 358 plate appearances on the year. He ranks 28th in the majors with a 2.34 nERD, and we project him to post a .361 wOBA while tallying another 8 home runs, 32 runs scored, 32 RBI's and 8 stolen bases in 232 plate appearances over the remainder of the season.
