Rangers' Matt Bush (shoulder) a possibility to pitch this weekend
The Texas Rangers are hoping to have relief pitcher Matt Bush back this weekend after he missed the past three days with a shoulder issue.
Bush is questionable to be able to play Saturday or Sunday versus the Seattle Mariners. With the struggles of Sam Dyson and Jeremy Jeffress in the back of the Rangers' bullpen, the team is hoping the shoulder issue is minor, and Bush could get a crack at some save attempts next week.
Bush has tossed 3 2/3 innings so far this season and owns a 4.91 ERA and 1.09 WHIP with five strikeouts in three appearances.
