Angels' Huston Street (lat, shoulder) ready for rehab action
Los Angeles Angels reliever Huston Street (lat, shoulder) is beginning a rehab assignment Wednesday night at Triple-A Salt Lake.
Street has yet to make his 2017 debut due to lat and shoulder issues. He'll likely require multiple rehab showing in the minors before returning to the Angels' active roster. It's unknown how things will shake out once Street does return, but Bud Norris has been fantastic in the meantime with Cam Bedrosian (groin) also on the shelf.
Norris owns a 2.66 ERA, 0.97 WHIP and 33.0 strikeout percentage in 23 2/3 innings this season while converting on 9-of-11 save chances.
