Rain postpones first game of Friday's doubleheader between Tigers, White Sox
The first game of Friday's doubleheader between the Detroit Tigers and Chicago White Sox has been postponed due to rain.
The second game is still scheduled for Friday night, but the two clubs will attempt to play the doubleheader on Saturday instead. Buck Farmer's start will be moved to Saturday for the Tigers, while Mike Pelfrey is going to toe the rubber on Friday night after initially being scheduled to start the afternoon affair for Chicago.
The White Sox are currently 15th in numberFire's MLB Team Power Rankings. Detroit checks in at 21st.
