Reds' Brandon Finnegan diagnosed with triceps strain
Cincinnati Reds pitcher Brandon Finnegan has been diagnosed with a strained left triceps.
What It Means:
Finnegan was making his first start since mid-April after landing on the 60-day disabled list with a trapezius injury, and he was pulled in the fourth inning of Monday's game because of this new injury.
Finnegan has only played in four games in 2017, posting a 4.15 ERA and 4.78 xFIP.
