Lorenzo Cain starting for Royals on Thursday
Kansas City Royals outfielder Lorenzo Cain is starting against the Detroit Tigers on Thursday.
Cain was given a breather on Wednesday, but he's back in action for tonight's series finale against left-hander Daniel Norris and the Tigers. He will play designated hitter for the Royals while Eric Hosmer moves to first base and Brandon Moss takes a seat on the bench. Alex Gordon, Paulo Orlando, and Melky Cabrera are in the outfield for Kansas City.
