Toronto's Kevin Pillar is out of the lineup on Friday
Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Kevin Pillar is not starting Friday versus the New York Yankees.
After making several consecutive starts, Pillar will move to the bench as Ezequiel Carrera enters in left and Teoscar Hernandez moves to center for this afternoon's road game in New York.
After going 0-for-4 on Wednesday, Pillar is projected for 3 hits and a walk in 13 plate appearances the rest of the season.
