Anthony Swarzak

Mets' Anthony Swarzak (oblique) out at least a couple weeks

New York Mets reliever Anthony Swarzak (oblique) is expected to miss at least a couple weeks.

What It Means:

Swarzak was placed on the 10-day disabled list Tuesday morning for what he says is a "mild to moderate" oblique strain. The 32-year-old right-hander should be back by the end of the month.

Prior to this announcement, numberFire's models projected Swarzak to record a 3.00 ERA and 1.14 WHIP with 63 strikeouts across 57 innings this season.
