Orioles' Zach Britton (Achilles) in line to be actvated from the DL on Monday
Baltimore Orioles pitcher Zach Britton (Achilles) could be activated from the DL as soon as Monday, per Steve Melewski of MASN.
Britton has looked good in his recovery that the Orioles have pushed up his next rehab appearance to Friday night, giving the reliever appearances on back-to-back nights. If all goes well, he should be back in the big leagues on Monday, where he is expected to be eased back into the closer's role alongside Brad Brach.
Our models project Britton for a 4.32 ERA, and 1.41 WHIP with 36 strikeouts and 15 walks in 35 1/3 innings pitched the rest of the season.
