Athletics' Daniel Gossett to undergo Tommy John surgery
Oakland Athletics starting pitcher Daniel Gossett will undergo Tommy John surgery on Wednesday.
What It Means:
Gossett may be sidelined for the entire 2019 campaign. The 25-year-old right-hander initially went down in early June with a flexor strain.
Gossett averaged 14.8 FanDuel points with a 5.18 ERA and 12 strikeouts across 24 1/3 innings in five starts before being placed on the disabled list.
