DeMarcus Cousins has seen a dip in fantasy production with the Sacramento Kings playing at a significantly reduced pace this season, but when they are playing up in pace like they are against the Portland Trail Blazers, he becomes a great option, especially with his price tag reflecting his slow start to the season.

His averages per 100 possessions (40.7 points, 13.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists) are about as strong as they were last year (37.4 points, 16.0 rebounds, 4.6 assists), and he still has a very high 35% usage rate.

Portland also ranks in the bottom-10 in both offensive and defensive rebound rate, and that adds to Cousins' big upside in this matchup.
