Daily Fantasy Basketball Injury Report: Wednesday 2/15/17

While 28 of the league's 30 teams are in action on Wednesday, the injury list is somewhat tame. There are still several guys who are either out or questionable tonight, but for a 14-game slate, the injuries are pretty manageable.

Notable Injuries

Denver Nuggets

By far the most injured team tonight is the Denver Nuggets. Both Wilson Chandler and Emmanuel Mudiay are questionable to play while Darrell Arthur, Danilo Gallinari and Kenneth Faried are all out on Wednesday.

Juan Hernangomez and Will Barton were fantastic on Monday against the Golden State Warriors and should be in play again if Chandler is out. If Denver has another night with a short bench, Nikola Jokic, Gary Harris and Jameer Nelson will likely carry big workloads.

Indiana Pacers

The Indiana Pacers might be a little light in their frontcourt tonight as Lavoy Allen is questionable and Thaddeus Young has already been ruled out. Kevin Seraphin has played well in Young's absence and could be asked to do even more if Allen is also out.

Houston Rockets

Ryan Anderson cut his thumb taking out the trash, but he looks good to go tonight. The Houston Rockets also might be getting back Eric Gordon, who is on track to play in this one.

Golden State Warriors

Klay Thompson looks like he will play on Wednesday, but we still haven't heard any updates on Shaun Livingston, who also missed Monday's game due to personal reasons. If Livingston is still out, Andre Iguodala and Patrick McCaw likely gain the most value.

Jahlil Okafor, Philadelphia 76ers

After looking like a trade was imminent, the Philadelphia 76ers announced that Jahlil Okafor will be ready to play tonight. This doesn't kill Nerlens Noel's fantasy value, but it does dampen it somewhat.

Al Farouq Aminu, Portland Trail Blazers

Al-Farouq Aminu is doubtful on Wednesday thanks to a knee injury, so there should be some extra minutes available at power forward for the Portland Trail Blazers. Noah Vonleh might get some more run, as could Meyers Leonard. However, coach Terry Stotts' rotations aren't easy to figure out.

Ty Lawson, Sacramento Kings

Darren Collison has been playing heavy minutes while Ty Lawson has been sidelined. Lawson, the Sacramento Kings' point guard, was a game-time decision on Tuesday, but he didn't play, so check back on a status update for him later in the afternoon. He could take away some of Collison's minutes if he is active.

Lesser Injuries

Toronto Raptors

The Toronto Raptors may get to debut Serge Ibaka tonight, and if Patrick Patterson is out again, Ibaka could see some heavy minutes. Look for Lucas Nogueira to lose out on some of his minutes if Ibaka is active. Plus, with Terrence Ross now out of town, Norman Powell could be looking at a large role and going forward.

Charlotte Hornets

The Charlotte Hornets will be without both Cody Zeller and Miles Plumlee tonight, which should open up a lot of minutes for Frank Kaminsky.

New Orleans Pelicans

Both Terrence Jones and Dante Cunningham are both out tonight, which could lead the New Orleans Pelicans to play smaller. Donatas Motiejunas and Alexis Ajinca could both get some more run, but it depends on how they want to matchup against the Memphis Grizzlies. Neither guy is extremely attractive on Wednesday's big slate.

Joakim Noah, New York Knicks

Joakim Noah is out again on Wednesday. Look for Guillermo Hernangomez to start and Kyle O'Quinn to pick up some extra minutes against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Thabo Sefolosha, Atlanta Hawks

Thabo Sefolosha has missed eight straight games for the Atlanta Hawks, and he is questionable for them tonight. Tim Hardaway Jr. has been playing extremely well in place of Sefolosha, so look for that to continue on Wednesday as the Hawks' veteran is out again.

Terrence Ross, Orlando Magic

Ross still needs to pass his physical to be active for the Orlando Magic tonight. However, he went through shootaround this morning, so he is trending in the right direction. If he is active for his new team on Wednesday, he could be asked to play some at small forward against the San Antonio Spurs.

Andrew Bogut, Dallas Mavericks

Andrew Bogut will make his return tonight after missing eight straight games for the Dallas Mavericks. He likely won't play much, though, so he is not on the DFS radar right now.

Lance Stephenson, Minnesota Timberwolves

Lance Stephenson had to leave Tuesday's game with a sprained ankle, and his status for tonight is unknown. If he is out, Brandon Rush and Shabazz Muhammad should play some extended minutes against the Nuggets.
