3 NBA Player Prop Bets to Target on Tuesday 3/30/21

Player props can be useful in a variety of ways, from taking advantage of them straight up (to the tune of cold hard cash) to measuring a player's potential to produce in daily fantasy basketball. Here we'll focus on utilizing our projections and a slew of other tools to help make money betting player props.

For this article, we are using the odds provided at Online Sportsbook to pinpoint spots where value can be had tonight.

Please note that betting lines and our player projections may change throughout the day after this article is published.

Tobias Harris Over 1.5 Made Three-Pointers (+148)

Tobias Harris is taking on a Denver Nuggets team that surrenders the seventh-highest three-point attempt rate (41.8%). Denver allows the fourth-most three-point shots per game to power forwards, with power forwards making 3.1 triples per night against the Nuggets, which is tied for the most in the league. The matchup is definitely there.

As for Harris, he isn't a high-volume three-point shooter and has made multiple treys just two times in his past seven games. But our model ever so slightly likes the over here as we project him for 1.6 made three-pointers. Once you factor in the +148 number we're getting on the over, this looks like a great betting opportunity.

Will Barton Over 12.5 Points (-116)

On the flip side of the Nuggets-76ers clash, we can target Will Barton's points prop. The Sixers have had a tough time defending two-guards, permitting 27.3 points per game to the position, the second-most. Philly allows 21.1 shots per game to shooting guards, including 9.1 three-point tries.

Admittedly, Barton is in a funk, with games of 12 and 5 points in his last two outings along with a goose egg in the contest before those. But prior to the past three games, Barton had scored at least 13 points in 11 straight. This line might be putting too much weight into his three-game cold stretch, especially given how well two-guards fare versus the 76ers and the fact Barton has logged at least 30 minutes in 12 of his last 13 games.

Our algorithm projects Barton for 14.0 points.

Devin Booker Under 4.5 Rebounds (-115)

Devin Booker is on a rebounding surge. He's pulled down at least five boards in six straight, going for seven-plus rebounds in half of those. But this is pretty unusual for Booker.

For the season, Booker is averaging 4.1 rebounds per game. And before this recent rebounding run, he didn't snag more than five boards in any of his prior 15 games, getting four or few rebounds in 10 of those 15 games.

Nothing about tonight's matchup with the Atlanta Hawks stands out too much rebounding-wise. The Hawks give up 6.0 boards per game to shooting guards, which is tied for the 16th-fewest. Atlanta should have an edge on the glass as they total 53.5 rebounds per game, compared to the Phoenix Suns' 49.9.

We have Booker getting 3.8 rebounds tonight and see some value on the under.
