Kevin Durant (calf) "incredibly unlikely" for Warriors in Game 6
Golden State Warriors forward Kevin Durant (right calf strain) is "incredibly unlikely" to play in Game 6 on Friday against the Houston Rockets due to a right calf strain.
Durant exited in the third quarter of Wednesday's 104-99 Game 5 win and didn't return. It was a non-contact injury, but it appears he managed to avoid a torn Achilles'. Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green all stand to see upticks in usage with Durant down. Kevon Looney, Shaun Livingston, Alfonzo McKinnie, and Jonas Jerebko should also see more run.
Durant scored 22 points (8-of-18 field goals, 4-of-5 free throws) with 5 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal, 2 3-pointers, and 5 turnovers in 32.3 minutes before leaving. He finished with 32.0 FanDuel points.
