Atlanta trades Taurean Prince to Brooklyn for Allen Crabbe, picks
Atlanta Hawks forward Taurean Prince has been traded to the Brooklyn Nets for guard Allen Crabbe and a pair of picks.
The Hawks are taking on an extra $15 million with Crabbe's bloated contract, so they'll be rewarded with two first-round picks: the No. 17 overall selection in 2019, and a protected first-rounder in 2020. Prince, meanwhile, will head up to a Brooklyn squad with loads of cap space, and he'll be moved alongside a 2021 second-round pick.
In 55 games this season, Prince averaged 13.5 points, 3.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 23.2 FanDuel points per game.
