Allonzo Trier could start for Knicks on Wednesday
New York Knicks guard Allonzo Trier is a candidate to start on Wednesday night in the team's season opener against the San Antonio Spurs.
Trier was originally expected to play with the second unit, but it seems as though the Knicks are seriously considering him alongside RJ Barrett, Julius Randle and Co. That would likely knock a guard out of the rotation, but just who that person might be is not yet known.
As of now, our models project Trier for 5.5 points, 1.1 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 8.7 FanDuel points across 12.1 minutes.
