Jahlil Okafor (ankle) out on Tuesday for New Orleans
New Orleans Pelicans center Jahlil Okafor will not play on Tuesday in the team's game against the Portland Trail Blazers.
Okafor was doubtful entering game day, so this absence comes as no surprise. It's his fourth straight absence with the ankle ailment, and it's unclear when he'll be able to return to the court. In the meantime, Jaxson Hayes will likely continue to start.
In nine games this season, Okafor has averaged 9.9 points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 1.1 blocks and 20.6 FanDuel points per contest.
