Garrett Temple (knee) ruled out for Nets on Thursday for first time this season
Brooklyn Nets guard Garrett Temple (right knee contusion) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Dallas Mavericks.
Temple has played in every single game this season and averaged over 30.0 minutes a night since entering the starting lineup in mid-November, so his absence opens up plenty of playing time throughout the Nets' rotation. Theo Pinson, Timothé Luwawu-Cabarrot, and Wilson Chandler figure to soak up most of those minutes.
The Nets-Mavericks game has the third-highest over/under on Thursday's nine-game slate (222.5 points).
