Jayson Tatum officially out sick Tuesday as Celtics host Nets
Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum (illness) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Brooklyn Nets.
Celtics head coach Brad Stevens said earlier in the day that Tatum would likely be ruled out. He was correct. Kemba Walker (knee) will play but be limited, so look for Jaylen Brown and Marcus Smart (illness) to help pick up the slack on Tuesday.
Per numberFire's NBA Heat Map, the Celtics have an implied total of 112.0 points on Tuesday's eight-game slate. The Celtics-Nets game has the third-lowest over/under (218.0 points).
