Tristan Thompson (knee) returns to Cavaliers practice
Cleveland Cavaliers forward/center Tristan Thompson (knee) practiced in full on Friday.
Thompson sat out the past three games. The Cavaliers play a back-to-back this weekend, so it's conceivable that Thompson is held out for one of those. Andre Drummond (left calf), who missed the last two games, also practiced on Friday. The Cavaliers may decide to start one center on Saturday and sit the other, and then vice versa on Sunday.
Thompson is averaging 30.2 FanDuel points per game. numberFire's models project him for 5.5 points and 4.1 rebounds over the rest of the season.
