Eric Gordon (knee) unavailable for Houston on Saturday
Houston Rockets shooting guard Eric Gordon (right knee soreness) has been ruled out of Saturday's game versus the Charlotte Hornets.
Gordon made an early exit from Thursday's loss to the Los Angeles Clippers with a nagging knee issue. Russell Westbrook has also been ruled out for the front end of the back-to-back, so look for Austin Rivers and Ben McLemore to take on more work. James Harden figures to see an uptick in usage. The Rockets may decide to hold Gordon out Sunday as well, so keep an eye on his status.
Gordon is averaging 21.0 FanDuel points per game. numberFire's models project him for 17.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 0.9 steals, and 3.0 3-pointers over the rest of the season.
