Celtics' Jaylen Brown (hamstring) 'looks healthy, looks good'
Boston Celtics small forward Jaylen Brown (right hamstring) "looks healthy, looks good," according to team president/general manager Danny Ainge.
"I’m confident that Kemba [Walker] and Jaylen are going to have a really good rest of the year," Ainge said. Brown missed the Celtics' final four games before the season was suspended due to a right hamstring issue. His trainer said in April that Brown "wouldn't miss a beat if the season restarted," so there doesn't appear to be any concern about his availability for the restart in Orlando. Brown had scored at least 20 points and pulled down 5-plus boards in six straight games before the injury, though most of those came with Walker sidelined.
Brown is averaging the 48th-most FanDuel points per game (35.7) this season. Per FanDuel Sportsbook, the Celtics have the fifth-best odds (+2000) to win the NBA Championship.
