Anthony Davis (knee) ruled out for Lakers on Thursday, Markieff Morris making start
Los Angeles Lakers forward/center Anthony Davis (sore knee) is out for Thursday afternoon's game against the Sacramento Kings.
Davis and Kyle Kuzma (rest) will both join Alex Caruso (neck) and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (ribs) on the sidelines. Markieff Morris will replace Davis in the starting lineup. LeBron James and Danny Green are only going to play the first half, so Morris could see a large workload. Jared Dudley may also play more minutes off the bench.
Per FanDuel Sportsbook, the Lakers are favored by 3.5 points on Thursday. The matchup has a 223.0-point over/under.
