Samuel Dalembert to Dallas?
Marc Stein of ESPN.com reports that the Dallas Mavericks are interested in their former center, Samuel Dalembert.
At the age of 33, Dalembert appeared in 32 games last year with the Knicks averaging 4 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks per contest while posting a nERD of -1.6.
With Tyson Chandler leaving for Phoenix and DeAndre Jordan remaining in Los Angeles, Dallas, who finished 19th in the NBA last season in defensive efficiency (106.4), is scrambling for extra big men that can protect the rim. Samuel Dalembert could be a short term solution, backing up Zaza Pachulia
