Omri Casspi, Marco Belinelli now doubtful for Kings matchup with Denver
Sacramento Kings forward Omri Casspi (mouth) and guard/forward Marco Belinelli (mouth) are both doubtful to play against the Denver Nuggets on Friday.
What It Means:
The Kings are going to be thin on the wing tonight. Darren Collison should get a nice amount of combo guard minutes while Ben McLemore (wrist) and James Anderson should play more, too. This also means Willie Cauley-Stein should get decent minutes with less pressure from Casspi.
Casspi ranks 76th with a -0.3 nERD through 48 games this season. He's averaging 12.1 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.9 3-pointers per game while his 60.0 True Shooting Percentage is the best clip of his career. Belinelli has a -6.8 nERD, ranking 128th in the league.
