LaMarcus Aldridge (illness) ruled out Tuesday for Spurs against Knicks
San Antonio Spurs forward/center LaMarcus Aldridge (illness) will not play Tuesday versus the New York Knicks.
Aldridge is out Tuesday due to a stomach illness. He played just 15 minutes in Monday's overtime loss to the Brooklyn Nets and missed all three of his shot attempts. It was the sort of night where a 35-year-old veteran played like one. Jakob Poeltl will likely draw another start on Tuesday in the second leg of the Spurs' back-to-back. He double-doubled with a pair of assists, a steal, and a block on Monday.
Poeltl is averaging 36.0 FanDuel points over the last five games and he has a salary of $5,800 on Tuesday's six-game slate. The Knicks are allowing the seventh-most FanDuel points per game to the center position this season.
